Makoon Transition Inc. has relocated from their previous location on Sherbrook St. to 26 Gaylene Place!
Makoon Transition works to reunify parents with their children, and create safe spaces for families and children transitioning out of the Child and Family Services system. They offer 24-hour support, encouragement, respect, and understanding, helping parents with healthy skills to break the cycle of child removal through a holistic approach that supports every member of the family.
We are happy to host Makoon Transition at Gaylene Place, with 35 units available for families and children to live in working through the reunification process, plus safe spaces for Makoon to operate their workshops and programs.
