Who We Are
S.A.M. (Management) Inc. is a Winnipeg-based non-profit housing management provider with over 50 years experience delivering safe, affordable, and well-maintained homes for individuals, families, and senior citizens. We manage over 1,200 residential units across Manitoba, including life lease communities, market rentals, affordable rentals and subsidized housing.
S.A.M. (Management) Inc. originated in the early 1970's as St. Andrew's Management Inc., a non-profit housing corporation formed to manage St. Andrew's Place located at 425 Elgin Avenue.
What We Do
Our mission is to deliver high-quality housing while fostering vibrant, well-managed communities. By integrating fiscal discipline with proactive building maintenance and board administration, we ensure that every property we manage thrives as a long-term asset for its residents.
As a non-profit organization, any operational surpluses are reinvested directly into supporting and strengthening our social housing goals, ensuring long-term sustainability and improved quality of life for our residents.
