Non-Profit Life Leases offer a unique type of housing experience for senior citizens aged 55+. Upon entering a Life Lease Tenancy Agreement, incoming tenants pay a one-time entrance fee that is fully refundable upon move out. A monthly rental fee is also collected, which contributes to the shared operating costs and taxes for the property. Vacancies are filled from a waitlist of applicants who have submitted an “Expression of Interest” form.
